The stamping press arrives at Alabama State Port Authority’s Pier D-2 in Mobile. The 268,520 pound crown and 262,171 stamping bed of the press are transported via barge up the Alabama River. The remaining parts are loaded onto more than 80 trucks for transport to the HMMA Plant Site
 
March 15, 2004
Crown and stamping bed of the press arrive in Burkeville via the Alabama River and are loaded onto dual lane trucks for transport to the HMMA Plant Site

HMMA produces its 1,000,000th vehicle.
