HMMA Business Partner Code of Conduct – Honesty, Fairness, Ethics, Dignity and Respect

 

HMMA expects all of its Business Partners to treat its suppliers, vendors, contractors, and business associates in an honest, fair, ethical, and professional manner and to treat all employees of those entities with dignity and respect at all times.

Likewise, HMMA’s Business Ethics Policy requires all HMMA Team Members working with Business Partners to act in an honest, fair, ethical, and professional manner. HMMA Team Members are expected to always treat all employees of Business Partners with dignity and respect at all times.

HMMA Business Partners should promptly notify HMMA’s Vice President of Purchasing and/or HMMA’s General Counsel if an HMMA Team Members has not acted in an honest, fair, ethical, and professional manner and/or have abused any power the Team Member may have over the Business Partner. HMMA will promptly investigate such complaints and will take prompt remedial action if inappropriate conduct has occurred.
